Health Care Day of Action 2010

Join Coloradans from across the state to discuss why Colorado can't wait any longer for health care reform: learn about the Colorado legislative process and take advantage of the opportunity to talk with your legislators!
We are a diverse coalition including health care providers and advocates, businesses, labor unions, faith, community groups and individuals working to achieve real health care reform.
March 29th is a day of action to call attention to Colorado's health care crisis and to launch a movement to discuss health care reform and why Colorado can't wait any longer to move forward.
Why here? Why now? Over 800,000 Coloradans are without health insurance.  Many more are underinsured or crushed by medical debt.  We know American businesses often cannot afford to grow as they would like because of rising health insurance costs.  We need health care that ensures quality, affordable access to all, keeps hardworking Coloradans from losing their homes and livelihoods due to illness, and stimulates the economy.  Colorado can't wait any longer! The time for action is now!
